Precalculus (MATH 1730005) An integrated and rigorous study of the algebra and trigonometry needed to successfully attempt calculus. Emphasis on functions, their analysis and their applications. Level of algebraic sophistication developed above that found in MATH 1710. Topics include exponentials and logarithms, analysis of graphs, and word problems. Graphing calculator required. This course meets in KOM 224 Monday and Wednesday between 1:50 PM and 2:45 PM as well as Tuesday and Thursday between 1:00 PM and 1:55 PM. 
Precalculus (MATH 1730013) An integrated and rigorous study of the algebra and trigonometry needed to successfully attempt calculus. Emphasis on functions, their analysis and their applications. Level of algebraic sophistication developed above that found in MATH 1710. Topics include exponentials and logarithms, analysis of graphs, and word problems. Graphing calculator required. This course meets in KOM 160 Monday and Wednesday between 11:30 AM and 12:25 AM as well as Tuesday and Thursday between 11:20 AM and 12: 15 AM.
