What is Organizational Psychology?
Organizational psychology utilizes
scientifically-based psychological principles and research methods to study
a variety of topics important to understanding human behavior in many different
types of organizations. As such, organizational psychology is an
applied field relevant to virtually all work settings (and many non-work
settings). As you'll see from the list of topics we cover, this stuff
is not only interesting, it's crucial to individual and organizational
performance . . . and it directly affects the quality of people's lives!
