Course Objective
This course will introduce you to the major topics, concepts, and theories comprising organzational psychology. You will gain a better understanding of people's behavior in a wide range of organizations, as well as important contributing cognitive processes and emotions.Text: Greenberg, J., & Baron, R.A. (1996). Behavior in Organizations. Upper Saddle River, NJ: Prentice Hall.
